The Union Bank of India has announced the final results for the recruitment of clerical posts. This recruitment was initiated in December month, last year. Written test for the aspirants was held in the month of February. Union Bank of India, one of the most preferred banks in India has been in the banking empire since the country’s Independence and has been serving millions of people successfully.
As planned by the bank, totally 1640 candidates have been shortlisted for the clerk vacancies from all over India. More than one lakh people attended the written exam conducted in 6th Feb 2011. The results for this written exam were released by the month of May 2011.
After the written test, the selected candidates were allowed to attend the personal interview through which 1640 candidates have been filtered out for final posting. Click this link to download the list containing names and roll numbers of the selected candidates.
The official notice of the bank says that the candidates will be intimated shortly via email for the medical test and other joining formalities.
