The results for Allahabad Bank 1500 PO recruitment have been declared! The recruitment process was to hire candidates for PO post in Allahabad bank. Allahabad bank is considered to be one of the rapidly developing private sector banks in India, with more than 250 branches all across the country. The registrations for this recruitment were done in the month of March 2011 and the preliminary test or aptitude exam was conducted on 17th April 2011.
On the basis of the candidate’s performance in both written test and personal interview, totally 1500 candidates are shortlisted, no more no less. The selected candidates are to be appointed as Probationary officers in Allahabad Bank. You can download the list containing the names and roll numbers of shortlisted candidates from here.
The bank has fixed the joining date to be on 4th of July 2011 and in the meanwhile, the appointment letters are being sent to the candidates.

the joining date was postponed from 4th to 11th july since call letters were not recieved.
